Videreføring av NCE Systems Engineering NCE SE har sikret finansiering for LUP-prosjektet “Network for Supplier Innovation”, videreutvikling av fagutdanningen i komposittfaget og deltakelse i VRI Buskeruds Industriprosjekt. Så selv om NCE-programmet formelt avsluttes 30. juni 2016, vil NCE SE fortsette arbeidet i klyngen. Partnerne ønsker en tettere samordning med Kongsberg Innovasjon, og NCE Systems Engineering vil bli lagt under Kongsberg Innovasjon med en felles strategi for utvikling av klyngen. Sammen vil de vurdere muligheten til å etablere et industriakademi sammen med høgskolen. Arbeidet for å posisjonere klyngen som en av verdens mest attraktive for innovasjon, utvikling og kommersialisering av avanserte høyteknologiske løsninger er viktigere enn noen gang.
NCE Systems Engineering will continue NCE SE has secured funding for: the SDP project “Network for Supplier Innovation”; further development of the specialist course in composites and participation in VRI Buskerud’s Industry Project. Therefore even though the NCE programme formally ends on 30 June 2016, NCE will continue its work in the cluster. The partners want closer coordination with Kongsberg Innovation, so NCE Systems Engineering will be subordinate to Kongsberg Innovation, with a common development strategy for the cluster. Together, and working with the University College, they will evaluate the establishment of an industrial academy. The work of positioning the cluster as one of the world’s most attractive for innovation, development and commercialization of advanced technological solutions is more important than ever.
