This project star ted as a snapshot collection of lost hair elastics seen in the streets. Surprisingly many of these elastics you can see in the streets of Copenhagen. This is probably the most popular thing to loose. For a few years I was taking pictures ever ytime I saw one. This publication is a documentation of these accidents. Later on, I star ted to make collections of other cities as well. The small object could say a lot about the person, a situation, a city life even... This is why, I see objects as tools to discover possibilities of unseen narratives. In all my work I try to capture attention to the details that seem unimpor tant , but I believe, that this is the most valuable attributes. Every object carries within itself an untold stor y. These stories that are lying somewhere need to be unfolded. I feel the need to tell those stories.
