Works Council

In 2024, GMP+ International’s Works Council invested time in building collaboration with the organisation’s new Managing Director, and Supervisory Board. They also held training to ensure members were up to date and aligned on the Works Council’s purpose and rights, and on communicating effectively with the organisation’s leadership and the wider team.

The Works Council reflects on a dynamic and eventful year, with a primary focus on establishing a successful and constructive partnership with the newly appointed Managing Director. This collaboration laid the foundation for productive dialogue and aligned strategic priorities moving forward.
