Two of his standout creations are the Six String Sling, with a Suntory Toki Japanese whiskey base and a housemade passion fruit and cherry ice pop, and the Moustache Ride, with Teeling whiskey, Cherry Heering, vanilla orgeat and Guinness, topped with Black Islay Scotch. “If you’re looking for something different with a nice velvety texture and mouth-feel and elements of malty chocolatiness but also with a dash of smoke, I would highly recommend it,” Arnone said. –Kiko Miyasato
