A SALUTE TO TWO COUNTRIES FOR PEACE
It gives me great pleasure to present this commemorative book in appreciation of an exhibition that featured an amazing collection of artworks by artists from both South Korea and Singapore.
Two Countries for Peace was first created and showcased online in August 2021, when artists from South Korea and Singapore joined hands to celebrate both their national days that fall in August each year. Thenafter, an offline exhibition was staged in the gallery of Mr SJ Han in South Korea in May 2022. This was followed by the third exhibition in the Two Countries for Peace series, thats what this book is all about. The third event was held on the last day of 2022, to auspiciously welcome the new year.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following:
- Korean curator Mr Yoo Choong Yeul for his co-ordination and liaison with the Korean artists,
- all the Korean artists and Singaporean artists for their participation,
