Jenna Kuntz, of Grafton, graduated June 8, 2012, from the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics’ Radiologic Technology program. She was presented the Academic Award of Excellence for graduating valedictorian of her class. Jenna is continuing her education at the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in radiation therapy and completing her Radiation Sciences degree.

MASON CITY — Lindsey Irene Atwood-Kelly and Tyrel Joshua Hamiel were united in marriage on April 28, 2012, at First Congregational Church in Mason City by Rev. Patricia Aurand. Lindsey is the daughter of Jocee Kelly and Oscar Kelly of Mason City, and William Atwood of Sioux City. Tyrel’s parents are Michael and Mary Hamiel of Mason City. Matron of honor was Brigitte DeBell. Lindsey’s other attendants were Bethany Bachman and Ehrin Kelly. Best man was Michael Stokke. Tyrel’s other attendants were Kirk Servantez and Travis Alitz. The flower girl was Emma Kelly. The ring bearer was Jack Kelly. A reception was held at Knights of Columbus Hall. Lindsey graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in marketing, and is employed by Graham of Mason City. Tyrel graduated from Iowa State University in forestry. During college, he served in the United States Marine Corps, and did a tour in Iraq as an M.P. He is employed by Davey Tree Expert Co. of the North Iowa area. Following a honeymoon on a Carnival Cruise to Jamaica, the couple will reside in Clear Lake.
