Erin Halvorson and Seth Tjaden will be married on Aug. 1, 2009, in Colorado Springs, Colo., at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Erin is the daughter of Tim and Sally Halvorson from St. Ansgar. Seth is the son of Terri and Jim Allen from Cedar Falls and Dean and Linda Tjaden from Charles City. Erin is a 2001 graduate of St. Ansgar High School and a 2005 graduate from Iowa State University. Erin currently works at the Broadmoor Hotel & Resort in Colorado Springs in human resources. She graduated from the University of Denver in June 2009 with a master of professional studies degree in human resource administration.
RACHEL BRENDA KOBERNUSZ, of Iowa City, is the daughter of Kristie Kobernusz and Steve Kappen of Dougherty and Alvin Kobernusz of Manly. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a BA degree in Spanish and a BS degree in clinical lab science. Rachel is employed in anatomic pathology with the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City. TIMOTHY JOEL LEEMKUIL, of Iowa City, is the son of Jane Leemkuil of Iowa City and the late Thomas Leemkuil. He is a 2000 graduate of Mason City High School and a 2007 graduate of Kirkwood
Seth is a 2000 graduate of Charles City High School and a 2004 graduate of Iowa State University. Seth currently works at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs in athletic development.
