good wearing them, then they will most likely provide a great service to their guests.” Cintas also offers a Uniform Room program where the company will operate all functions of outfitting employees in clothing that fits the theme of the property, as well as the mundane elements like washing and distributing it to the workers. “Working hand-in-hand with a Cintas uniform room is very helpful when designing a program,” Cordero explains. “Communicating and understanding the design process before implementation often eliminates any hiccups with the customer and its employees, not to mention that the upkeep and longevity of the program is improved.”
