Considered a phenomenon from his very first appearance under saddle, we are obviously talking about Jovian! Jovian captured the hearts of all dressage enthusiasts at the 2019 World Championship for Young Dressage Horses in Ermelo. He was crowned world champion of the five-, six- and seven-year-olds and took the Grand Prix by storm at merely eight years of age. Obtaining scores of 80% and higher, the Apache-son is deemed a fierce competitor. Recently, he was awarded over 81% in his Freestyle to Music at CHIO Aachen. The dam of Jovian, the Tango-daughter Zinith, priorly foaled the Grand Prix horse Friend of Christopher Hickey. She additionally produced the well-tested mares Let’s Go and Idol, the full sister of Jovian. World champion Astrix of Emmelie Scholtens and the Grand Prix horse Dashy Boy also originate from this dam line.

Dam

The maternal line of Testkees DDL produced an extensive list of successful sport horses. Dam Beautykees DDL is a daughter of the Small Tour stallion Bretton Woods and a half-sister of the Small Tour horses Anton P (s.Amando) and Kilowatt DDL (s.Electron). The latter made his winning Small Tour debut with Mara de Vries recently and already demonstrates to master all the Grand Prix movements. Granddam Sunshine (s.Santini) is the full sister of the Grand Prix horse Santo DDL and a half-sister of the Small Tour horse Donnatella HW. The dam line continues with the staatsprämie mare Wacha, a daughter of top progenitor Weltmeyer. She is the (half-) sister of various other staatsprämie mares and the full sister of the Small Tour horses Wiriana and Wiena’s Dream.
