Proactive Club Agreement

PROACTIVE CLUB AGREEMENT Proactive Club Proactive Club is an agreement between Proactive Teamwear Ltd & a Football Club. When a club agrees to sign up to Proactive Club the club then benefits as detailed below. The agreement between Proactive Teamwear & the Club is an understanding that Managers, Coaches & Committee Members will purchase from us during the course of the deal. The club, by signing this agreement, are committing to make all members of the club aware that Proactive Teamwear are the Official Supplier of the Club & that purchases for kit, footballs, team clothing & any other club related purchases should be made with us. The Proactive Club agreement works alongside the additional offers available from the brands we are partners with such as Nike, Joma, Mitre, Stanno, Umbro & Errea.

Product Discount: Up to 30% off SRP on chosen brand (except Nike which is 25% off SRP). Printing Costs: Discounted Printing Prices as detailed below No minimum order surcharge on small or top up orders. Coaches/Managers can place orders directly with Sales Team or orders can be placed via a designated kit manager, this is subject to a clubs preference. Delivery: Free Delivery on all orders over £100.00 in value. Free Online Club Store with up to 12 products (printing prices will be as standard printing prices for all club store orders). The Term The agreement will run for one year. Starting on April 1st & ending on 31st March the following year. The club have the option to re-sign each year subject to both parties agreeing to a new annual agreement. The club or Proactive Teamwear are not under any obligation to re-sign to a new agreement once the current one expires.
Payment Terms All clubs under the Proactive Club agreement will have a credit account in place with us. All orders will be invoiced on completion to the club on strict 14 day terms. If the club wishes for individual managers/ coaches to pay us directly then we can also manage this & liaise with sponsors where necessary. Failure to adhere to the payment terms regularly will affect the availability of the credit account to the club.
THE BRANDS Nike have a scheme called Nike Partner Club. This is generally only available to the largest clubs in England. The scheme benefits are; • FA Coaching Vouchers, £100.00 per team for the duration of the agreement. • Access to Tickets for Premier League & England games. • Nike Academy Coaches visit annually to the club to provide a free coaching session involving players & club coaches.
Joma provide great value products to the UK Teamwear market. The brand offers; • Great value product. All products are designed with team play in mind so you can be confident your Joma product will be up to the task. • Innovative designs. There is a unique selection of kit & off the pitch clothing designs to suit your club look. • Large Selection of product so you know that the brand can provide not only great value but the variation of products needed to satisfy your club & its members.
Mitre United has been launched in 2017 to support grassroots football & get every club in the UK to give Mitre a try. The main benefit is free kit offered to the club based on the clubs spend; • Every £2000 spent on Mitre team kit or training wear the club receive £200 of free product at SRP. Your orders are placed with us & when you hit your target you are informed of the money available to spend. • Prizes & VIP Tickets. Mitre will be giving these away periodically & by signing up you could be in with a chance to win extra prizes. • Heritage associated with the Mitre branding gives your club great value product with a brand synonymous with football & quality.
Umbro is steeped in UK football history. The range features a number of products that include upto-date designs & also some items which display the clubs heritage in football. The brand offers; • Quality Teamwear with great value. Using the latest sports fabrics which are tried & tested by top teams throughout the world. • Association with Top Teams. You will see the Umbro team kit & training wear used by clubs playing in the Premier League, Champions League & Major Leagues & Championships throughout the world.
Stanno where product is king. The product range offers great co-ordination & designs with good continuity throughout the range. Stanno Club Contract gives you free kit based on your. • Stanno Club Contract. You receive top level discount on the products you buy & then receive a credit each season to spend the following year on Stanno products. • Specific for clubs looking for great continuity without over-spending on the products they buy. The Stanno brand has now been established in the UK for over 15 years with more & more clubs joining the brand each year.
Errea is the Italian brand offering great styling & value. The brand is very much focused on giving you & your team the same professional level product as seen on some of the teams playing in the Premier League & Football League; • Choice of colour ways. Some of the kit ranges have over 20 colour ways so you can rest assured that Errea can provide your club with its colours. • Representation in all levels of the game.
