Vulcan 7 Integration
Upon logging in to your Vulcan7 account with your current Username and Password.
Click on the Contacts tab.
Now, click on the Get Neighborhood Data button.

Neighbor Search
To use the Neighbor Search, you need a starting point address. For instance, a home you just listed or just sold. Simply type in the required information including the house number or street name (omit words like Street, Circle, Avenue, Boulevard, etc.) and state. Then decide what type of list you’d like to create-list of all records, a mailing or telemarketing list. Note: a telemarketing list requires a Subscription Account Number (SAN) and only returns numbers OK to call according to the National Do Not Call registry. To learn more about telemarketing and obtaining a SAN, go to www.telemarketing.donotcall.gov. Then hit search.
Neighbor Search The system will return any records that match the information you typed in. If more than one record is returned, simply choose the best option by clicking on the button to the left of the individual record. Then scroll down and choose between a Street Search, Radius Search or Map Search buttons.
Map Search The Map Search allows you to decide where you want to search in relation to your prospect (indicated by the blue pin point) by plotting points on an interactive map. Start by clicking on the Freeform Plotting button and then using your mouse, click on at least three points on the map in a counter clock or clockwise motion. Red push pins will appear in the areas you’ve clicked on and create a shaded area. Residents located within that area will be returned when you click on View Available Prospects.
Radius Search
The Radius Search allows you to search within two miles of the property in quarter-mile increments. Decide on the distance, then hit Continue.
Exporting
Once you’ve got your list, choose how many records you’d like to export and choose to Automatically Import Records into Vulcan 7 from the dropdown and hit the Download button. The preview grid provides a mailable address and phone number, where available, purchase date, purchase amount, estimated home value and a map link.
Once you see your leads have Uploaded Successfully into your Vulcan 7 Account, click OK and minimize your Cole Realty screen and maximize your Vulcan 7 screen.

Hit Refresh or your Contacts tab again and your imported list will show up. Your list will be named as Neighborhood Data or the search you conducted in your Cole Realty Resource account (i.e. Renters , Aerial or Directory searches) and the date stamped.
