welcome TO THE THIRD CQ BEER & CIDER FESTIVAL It is with great pleasure that Gladstone Festivals and Events welcome you to the 2021 CQ Beer + Cider V2.0 Festival! Our team is incredibly proud to present this event to our community for the third time and couldn’t be more thrilled with our line up of awesome brewers, street food vendors and entertainment we have on offer for this event. The CQ Beer and Cider Festival is organised by Gladstone Festivals and Events - the not for profit organisation who deliver the Gladstone Harbour Festival to the community each year. All monies raised at the CQ Beer + Cider Festival go straight back into our
organisation and in turn, help deliver the Gladstone Harbour Festival FREE to the community each year - so by purchasing a ticket to this event you have helped us raise much needed funds to keep this iconic event free of charge for our community. Thank you! FESTIVAL INFO FESTIVAL CURRENCY The CQ Beer + Cider Festival is a cashless event and all stallholders will run on a Square payment system to ensure speed of service and shorter wait times. Simply tap your eftpos or credit card at any of the stalls and you’re good to go!
SAFETY The safety of event patrons and staff is of the utmost importance to our team. First Aid officers will be on site for the duration of the event should you require any medical assistance. Brewers and Festival Bar staff will be practising reponsible service of alochol during the event. There will be a pick up and drop off zone at the event and we strongly encourage having a designated driver nominated within your group so you can all get to and from the event safely!
what to bring PARKING Parking will be available at CQU and the Gladstone Marina Parklands on Bryan Jordan Drive (a short walking distance to the festival site).
COVID SAFE Gladstone Festivals and Events are pleased to present this COVID safe event to our community. This event is also organised in accordance with Queensland Government Covid-19 restrictions and procedures. If you are feeling unwell or showing any flu-like symptoms, or have recently traveled to a Covid hotspot, we kindly ask that you stay at home. Full ticket refunds/name transfers are available to any attendees who are unwell and are no longer able to attend the event - please login Eventbrite to transfer your ticket or request a refund. (Please note that this is only a case to case basis)
