A 24 000 m2 boutique office and retail tower called The Robinson Tower was opened in Singapore. The building addresses the cultural and social components of the city, resulting in a distinctive and elegant experience. It was designed by the renowned worldwide firm KPF or Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and carried out in conjunction with Associate Architect A61. The tower stands out from its surroundings, exhibiting originality in both form and function, and altering the skyline of the city.

The green roof

The building provides an identical amount of publicly accessible green space to the site. A reaction to Singapore’s 2014 Landscape Replacement Policy, which mandates that any greenery lost to construction be replaced with publicly accessible greenery in an area equivalent to that lost, is the landscape strategy.

The green roof helps keep operating expenses down which in turn has a positive effect on the economy and the environment.
