Project Accelerate

With a three-year grant from Girls Inc. national, we launched Project Accelerate, a program that speeds the entry of young women into positions of leadership. Project Accelerate ensures educational attainment and skill development to facilitate career success (preparing girls for the world); and drives cultural change towards equity in the workplace (preparing the world for the girls).

Amina, graduated college in May and was the first generation of her family to do so. She told us that she was “well-prepared for the transition from high school to college but not so well prepared for the transition from college to the workforce.” Project Accelerate aims to help with that transition.
