Camp Texlake Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Travis in Spicewood, Texas, Camp Texlake is 455 acres of pure fun. Depending on the camp program, campers will stay in either screened treehouse cabins, cedar log cabins, or lodges.

Camp Texlake is home to a junior Olympic-sized pool, high- and low-ropes challenge course, archery range, sports field, and nature trails, and – for those horse lovers – a year-round equestrian program.

Your camper’s week of fun will combine archery, crafts, and swimming, along with the various activities specific to each program. Camp Texlake offers programs that last one half week, one week and two weeks for girls entering grades 1–12.

Our lodgings FLORA/FAUNA Dormitory style lodge with A/C, electricity for personal fans (if desired). Communal shower and restrooms with flush toilets and hot/cold water showers. Twelve bedrooms per building are designated for campers or staff; each bedroom houses four campers. Counselors and staff will sleep in a separate room from campers. Wheelchair accessible. Multiple programs will be housed in the same building.

SUNCREST Cabins with window A/C units that have bunk beds in a common room, electricity, bathrooms with flush toilets, and hot/cold water showers. Counselors/female staff are housed in the common room

TREEHOUSES Open-air cabins on stilts nestled in the Texlake trees. Communal shower and restrooms with flush toilets and hot/cold water showers. Not climate controlled, however there are outlets for campers to plug in personal fans, which are highly encouraged. Multiple programs may be housed in the same building. Two rooms per building, holding 12–14 campers in each room. Two treehouses are wheelchair accessible, so if you

DRIFTWOOD COVE Platform tents with metal frame beds, a fire ring, picnic tables, and a bathhouse with flush toilets and hot/cold water showers. Wheelchair accessible. No electricity except in bathhouse, so bring a reliable flashlight and, if desired, a battery-powered fan. Packing mosquito netting is encouraged for campers staying in this space. Note: In buildings that house campers, we only house female staff. Camp Texlake is an equal opportunity employer and occasionally has male staff in specialized areas. All male staff live in a separate space with separate shower and restroom facilities.
