Service Unit Cookie Manager Job Description

The Service Unit Cookie Manager (SUCM) is responsible for leading the implementation of the Girl Scout Cookie Program within their service unit. This role plays a vital part in supporting troop cookie managers, promoting program participation, planning SU cookie rally and ensuring the overall success of the cookie season. Service Unit Cookie Bonus

New this year! Earn a service unit cookie bonus by increasing your Girl Scout participation over the previous year. For every selling Girl Scout over last year will earn $10/Girl Scout. You can track your girl participation on your service unit dashboard in eBudde!

Your role: work with your service team to determine how your bonus would be spent and share that with your troops as motivation. Update your troops on their progress throughout the season to keep them motivated!

eBudde Reports Tab

Several reports are available to the service unit. You are welcome to run as many reports as you would like. Brief descriptions of the reports you are most likely to use are below:

• Initial Order Report – shows all troops in your service unit that have submitted an order.

• Troop Rewards Summary – shows all troops’ reward orders.

• Girl Rewards Summary – shows all girls (grouped by troop) in your service unit along with the rewards they earned.

• Troop Sales Summary – shows all statistics related to your troop’s sales (number of cases, amounts due, etc.).

Remind troops to verify/enter banking info

Verify all troops with Initial Order have chosen a delivery location

Do not submit Initial Order (Council staff will nalize roll up)

Remind troops of 50% pull on Feb. 13

2026 Program Calendar

• 2 - All trained troop cookie managers gain access to eBudde by 5 p.m.

• 6 - Program begins

• 14 - Deadline for caregivers to enter initial order online by 11:59 p.m.

• 15 - Troop starting inventory order due in eBudde by 8 p.m.

• Delivery location selection submission due in eBudde by 9:30 p.m.

• 16 - Deadline for troops to verify banking info in eBudde

• 20 - Booth sign-ups begin

• First round booth sign-up in eBudde at 6 p.m. (4 booths, limit 2 per chain)

• 21-28 - Cookie delivery

• 21 - Second round booth sign-up in eBudde at 6 p.m. (8 booths, limit 4 per chain)

• 22 - Booth sign-up Unlimited through end of program. 30 - Cupboards open

• Hotspot cookie booths begin

• 13 - 50% ACH w ithdraw - of “Amount you owe council” on Sales Report tab minus monies already collected v ia Digital Cookie

• 21-22 - National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend

• 8 - Last day of cookie program

• 10 - Final rewards due in eBudde by 11:59 p.m.

• 24 - Past due cookie account form due by 11:59 p.m.

• 27 - 100% ACH w ithdraw - of “Amount you owe council” on Sales Report tab (all additional troop cookie rewards included)

Tuesday Nights at 7:00 PM: Live Cookie Chats changes and news w ill be discussed, training on important topics, and Q /A to answer questions you may have. This is a great opportunity to meet w ith the cookie team and chat about anything you might want to know. These are recorded and available if you are unable to attend.
