Program Checklist
Ensure your Girl Scout is registered for the 2026 year.
Know your Girl Scout troop #___________________________
Review and complete the 2026 Cookie Program Caregiver Agreement. (QR below). Accept nancial responsibility for all products and money collected and understand that the product received and signed for cannot be returned.
Set up your entrepreneur’s Digital Cookie site and download Digital Cookie apps.
Approve Girl Delivery orders listed on Digital Cookie within ve days! If you do not approve within ve days, the order will be cancelled or donated.
Pick up cookies from your troop cookie manager (TCM). Ask for a receipt every time you turn in money or receive product. PRODUCT=MONEY!
Use Digital Cookie to accept card payments from customers. Celebrate a great cookie season, your work and the new skills your entrepreneur learned!
Rewards Pick Up
• Reward level 500 and below will be mailed to troop cookie manager.
• Reward level 750+ will need to be picked up in person no later than Aug. 1, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. or they will be forfeited and donated to a local charity.

Digital Co okie®
With Digital Cookie, Girl Scouts can ship cookies directly to customers, accept orders for cookie donations, or sell cookies for in-person delivery. Your Girl Scout can reach their sales goals no matter what their schedule is like!
Text or Call Friends and Family
Texting or calling friends and family is a great way to help feel comfortable connecting w ith cookie customers. It is also a very
Door-to-Door Marketing
A great way to perfect her cookie pitch! Girl Scouts can make sales by going door-to-door with a trusted adult in their neighborhood. Door hangers or business cards can be left for customers who aren’t home.
Cookie Booths
Girl Scouts can sell cookies outside pre-approved locations like grocery stores, malls, or banks, at set times. This method helps girls meet new customers, develop teamwork skills, and have fun!
Connect w ith Your Community
Girl Scouts team up w ith their caregivers to sell cookies to their coworkers, at places of worship, and at community gatherings. From preparing a corporate pitch to selling cookies to car dealerships, real grow your cookie business.
Support Your Girl Scout Entrepreneur
• Review cookie materials together.
• Assist in developing their sales pitch.
• Work with your Girl Scout to make goals and set up their Digital Cookie website to reach a wide network of family and friends.
Support Your Girl Scout Troop Cookie Team
• Participate in the troop family cookie meeting, help Girl Scouts decide on activities they’d like to do during the troop year, and create a budget to fund those dreams.
• Support troop cookie selling activities and plans as needed. Reach out to your troop cookie manager to see if they could use help counting cookies, picking up cookies from a cupboard or supporting cookie boohs.

This cookie season, superpower your sale by adding Digital Cookie to your toolkit.
STEP 1
Register for Digital Cookie
Look for the Digital Cookie registration email in your inbox. If you can’t nd it, contact your council or visit digitalcookie.girlscouts.org and click the “Need help” link.
STEP 2
Set Up Your Site
Take a few minutes to set your sales goal, write your cookie story and upload a fun picture of video. Then publish and be ready to go!
Prepare now by talking with your family about your goals and creating a fun video telling customers why they might want to support your business.
STEP 3
Add Customers
Add customers to your list and once sales have begun, use Digital Cookie to email them to visit your site. Or you can share your link or QR code directly with customers.

Use the Digital Cookie app to sell cookies wherever you go!
