San Sebastián Gipuzkoa Restaurant Week es un proyecto para consolidar la imagen de Gipuzkoa como destino turístico gastronómico. Con referencias de éxito en ciudades como Nueva York, el San Sebastián Gipuzkoa Restaurant Week se plantea a los restaurantes de Gipuzkoa la posibilidad ofrecer menús especiales durante una semana a un precio de 25 euros, donde se ahonde en el concepto de productos de temporada y en elaboraciones reconocidas de la gastronomía vasca. En 2012 habrá dos ediciones de San Sebastián Gipuzkoa Restaurant Week. En octubre tendrá lugar la segunda de ellas, del 15 al 28. Mientras que de cara a 2013 se realizarán tres. La inicitiva está liderada por San Sebastián Turismo y el Departamenteo de Innovación, Desarrollo Rural y Turismo de la Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa, con el firme compromiso apoyar la imagen de gastronomía de calidad de Gipuzkoa. San Sebastián Restaurant Week-ek denboraldiko produktuekin prestatutako Gipuzkoako jatetxeetako platerik onenak dastatzeko aukera ematen dizu, edariak barne dituzten 25€-ko (BEZ-ik gabe) menu bereziekin, maiatzaren 21etik ekainaren 3ra bitartean. San Sebastián Restaurant Week gives you the chance to try the best dishes of the restaurants in Gipuzkoa, based on seasonal products and in the form of special prix-fixe menus. San Sebastián – Gipuzkoa Restaurant Week is a project whose goal is to solidify the image of Guipuzcoa as a culinary tourism destination. By way of New York, London, and Madrid, Restaurant Week has arrived to the restaurants of Guipuzcoa. Special prix fixe 25-euro menus will be offered over the course of one week, allowing restaurants to explore the concept of seasonal produce within the framework and techniques of Basque cuisine. The initiative is led by San Sebastián Tourism and the Department of Innovation, Rural Development and Tourism of the Autonomous Council of Guipuzcoa, with the firm commitment to support Guipuzcoa’s reputation as a destination for top cuisine.
