SMMHS Library/Media Center Mission: The SMMHS library/media center is committed to equipping the school community with 21st Century skills in order that they may have a positive impact on their community, country, and world.

Parents, Teachers, and Students! Welcome to the 2015-2016 school year; I’m so glad you’ve discovered your library’s monthly newsletter! As your school librarian, I want to make the time our students spend in the media center a worthwhile and academic, yet fun and inviting place on campus. This is why I’ve created the SMMHS library website, and I hope you’ll check it out! Through the website, students, teachers, and parents can access the library’s resources 24/7/365, and I’m here to help show you how to do that! At Signal Mountain Middle High we have a lot to be proud of, from our IB curriculum to athletic state championships, we offer a lot to our young people! So check out the library’s website to see some of the academic resources we provide to our Eagles! www.smmhsmediacenter..net Ginger Kirchmyer, MLIS National Board Certified Teacher SMMHS Librarian
