35 ml Tequila 20 ml Cointreau 15 ml Fresh lime juice
Start with 2 or 3 dashes of Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce and a little salt and pepper into a highball glass. Then fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in all of the ingredients above. Stir gently. Garnish with celery, salt and a lemon wedge.
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes . Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with crushed salt.
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a large cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
Harvey Wallbanger
Pour all the ingredients into a blender or shaker with crushed ice. Blend or shake until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Crush mint sprigs with sugar and lime juice. Add rum and top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves.
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with half an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well, then strain into a chilled Martini cocktail glass. Squeeze oil from a lemon peel onto the rim or garnish with an olive.

50 ml Cachaca 1/2 Fresh lime cut into 4 wedges 2 teaspoons sugar
50 ml Rye or Canadian whiskey 20 ml Red Vermouth 1 Dash Angostura Bitter
45 ml Tequila 90 ml Orange juice 15 ml Grenadine syrup
50 ml Vodka 20 ml Coffee liqueur
Place lime and sugar into an old fashioned glass and muddle. Fill the glass with ice and add the Cachaca.
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Pour the tequila and orange juice directly into a highball glass with ice cubes. Add a splash of Grenadine syrup to create a sunrise effect, do not stir. Garnish with an orange slice, cherry and stirrer.

100 ml Dry Sparkling Wine (or Champagne) 50 ml Fresh peach puree
Pour the vodka and orange juice directly into a highball glass, filled with ice cubes, stir gently, add the Liquore Galliano on the top. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
Pour peach puree into a chilled flute, gently top up with chilled sparkling wine (white). Stir gently. Garnish with a slice of peach.
Pour the ingredients into an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently. To make a White Russian add 30 ml of fresh cream.
