AEIP welcomed seven Belgian special education teachers with open arms. In a Job-Shadowing Mobility, the first day was full of emotions with a reception at the main school made by a very special student and several 5th and 6th grade students. After a round table to clarify doubts about our educational system and the inclusion process of children and students with different measures and a guided tour of the main school, it was time to socialize at a nice lunch prepared by the teachers of EB23 Irmãos Passos In the end, we visited JI EB1 Irmãos Passos, the club “Sou Capaz”, saw an articulated music class and observed some classes with children from Adapted Measures (3B 6E). A full first day! <
