They need to ensure that at all times there is adequate funding to pay out all current and reasonably estimated prospective obligations in respect of pay outs. The licensees are obliged to file audited accounts annually with the licensing authority. An important condition of the licence is that the gaming operator must at all times be effectively controlled and managed from Gibraltar.
