Exercise Books Overprinting Service Personalise your school’s exercise books with our overprinting service. There’s no cost to digitise the artwork from the logo you supply, and any text of your choice. Your artwork will then be retained for any future overprinting orders your may place. You can choose any font you like, simply email the font file to us along with your school logo. NEW - Personalisation is now available to include Department, Class, Subject, Teacher Name and Pupil Name details or any message required, in addition to your school crest or logo. The printing cost is just £8.00 per 100 books (plus the cost of the exercise books themselves), that’s just 8 pence per book!. All printing is done in one colour, black with a choice of typefaces for your school name. Delivery is normally 2 to 3 weeks. Printed Envelopes We also offer an Envelope printing service for postage paid and returns envelopes. Your return address can be printed either on the front or reverse side of the envelope. We carry a full range of self seal envelopes in either plain or window styles, which includes all the popular sizes e.g. DL, C5 and C4.

Tips for a great printed logo Our cost effective personalisation service prints your school’s crest or logo along with the name of the school on the front of all your exercise books. All we require is a black on white copy of your school logo in either one of these image formats -
The ideal image should be a minimum of 300dpi. Images pasted into Microsoft Word (and some other programs) are automatically reduced to 96dpi (for visual displays) and images taken from the web are commonly 72dpi (web-friendly). These reduced dpi images are not suitable for exercise book overprinting. If scanning a printed image, ensure that your scanner is set to 600 or 1200dpi for best compatibility. Your school logo should be of a single dark colour, ideally black on white. Other single dark colours such as dark blue on white may also be acceptable. IDEAL IMAGE TYPE
