I have a Buyer... Looking for a Home in Terravita!

I NEED YOUR HELP! I have clients from California who have visited Terravita twice this past spring and decided Terravita is just the right place for them. They returned to Redondo Beach, worked on some projects on their home, and should have it on the market in late July –August, with hopes to move here in the fall. As you know, the inventory is lower than earlier in the spring. My clients are looking for something between 2,200 - 3,400 square feet. The Fredericks will be returning in August to see if they can get a suitable home under contract. The beach communities of southern California are in great demand and more than likely they will go under contract on their current home quite quickly. I am hoping that you or someone you know may be considering selling this fall.
