UFA is a 501©3 non-profit organization focusing on “Skills for Soccer, Skills for Life

Available Programs (based on January 1st birth date): • U04 Mini League – 6 sessions, includes T-shirt and Mini-League Ball • U06 to U14 Recreation – practice begins at the end of Aug (first game-early Sep), one or two 1 hour practices a week and 8 weekend games minimum • U08/U09 Pre Academy – two 1½ hour practices a week and weekend games • U10 to U12 Academy – two 1½ hour practices a week and weekend games • U13 to U19 Select – two 1½ hour practices a week and weekend games • Skills Camps & Clinics – Winter, Summer, Middle & High School Prep. (See website for more information) Recreation & Mini League: • Fall 2017 registration - May 1 to July 20 • Spring 2018 registration - November 1 to January 20 Academy & Select Tryout: • Registration - Opens April 1 • Tryouts - June 6 - 8 Summer Camp: June 12-16, 2017

Softball (FALL Adult Softball) Team Registration

June 1-30, 2017 (online through midnight on June 30th and Walk-in M-F 8am-5pm)

Additional $50 Late Fee applied to all team registrations accepted after the designated registration deadline. • Ages 16+ • Fee: : $475 per team • Open Men’s League: Mondays* • Church Co-ed League: Tuesdays* • Open Women’s League: Wednesdays* • Open Co-ed League: Thursdays* *Days of the week that each league will play are tentative and subject to change depending on field availability and number of teams per league • Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 10 scheduled games per season • A minimum of 4 teams per league is required. Leagues not reaching this minimum will be refunded in full or given the option to be added into another similar league. Open Co-ed and Church Co-ed leagues will be separate if minimum of 4 teams per league is met; if minimum is not met, leagues may be combined for teams wishing to do so; all other teams will be given a full refund. 14
