SILVERSNEAKERS (Adults) (Juanita Black-Roberson) This total body workout for aging adults includes safe and heart-healthy aerobics and resistance exercises to energize active lifestyles, increase muscle strength, build cardio endurance and improve activities for daily living. PUPPY TRAINING 1ON1 (Puppies 4 months to 8 months) (Melanie McDowell) This 6-week class is ideal for puppies, but all dogs are welcome. Participants will be learning cues such as: loose leash walking (heel), come, sit, down, place, leave it, and working on distractions and long-distance stays.
