During the setup process, you will enter your country, state and the closet city to your location. It will then receive weather conditions for a five-day period from the city you select. Weather conditions you can monitor include the CURRENT indoor and outdoor temperatures; the day's expected high and low temperatures, and the sun's ultra-violet index. In addition, forecast predictions will be displayed for cloudy, sunny, rainy and snowy conditions or combinations such as partly cloudy, mostly sunny, sun mixed with showers and others. Time and date information includes the actual time in hours, minutes and seconds and also has two built in alarm times. Weather data is retrieved from the Internet and updates automatically every few minutes (or with one click of your mouse), and is wirelessly transmitted through the included USB dongle to the weather station that is displayed anywhere in your house.
