Rebekah Poe, M Ed is an award-winning former special education teacher and a national teaching conference presenter with over a decade of experience in the special education field. She has experience at every grade level and in every type of classroom- from high school transition programs and multiple disability self-contained classes to middle school co-teaching and elementary resource. As a presenter and speaker, Rebekah focuses on providing teachers with the training necessary to offer equitable education and establish connections to students of all ability levels in an inclusive setting. She has created differentiated resources for companies like LEGO Education to ensure accessibility for all. Her first book Blueprint for Inclusion will be available late 2024. Michelle Griffo is a curriculum designer and educational consultant with over 11 years of teaching experience. She has taught TK-2nd, 4th, & 5th grade.. but kindergarten is her sweet spot! Michelle received her Undergrad in Business Administration, Teaching Credential, and Masters of Education from Vanguard University in Southern California; which is where she still lives with her husband and two children. Michelle is a teacher author on her blog Apples and ABC’s and also loves encouraging and training teachers in her teacher membership called The Enchanted Little Learning Corner. Ashton Oliver is an innovative educator in the DFW area of Texas. From day one in the classroom 15 years ago, engagement and room transformations were always a go-to in her delivery of content. This passion led her to desire the transition towards Curriculum and Instruction and she got her Masters in Educational Leadership and Advanced Teaching with a Specialization in Ron Clark Strategies from Sierra Nevada University. This opened up the opportunity to become one of the district's Pre-K through 2nd grade Early Literacy Specialists. During this time, Ashton and her teammate were charged to design a phonics program for the district that would help build the foundations and grow readers While on this journey, Ashton was part of the development of a flagship facility in Mansfield ISD, The Dr Sarah K Jandrucko Academy for Early Learners, where she shared in building the creative curriculum for the public school Pre-K Center. Ashton is now the Principal at Jandrucko and gets to experience daily the impact the incredible staff gets to generate with their students. The team at Jandrucko provides Professional Learning Tours and their vision is spreading with districts around the country by putting a focus on early learning. Ashton's why is to improve the school readiness of young children using creative, hands-on and interactive experiences.

Jennifer Foster is a creative educator and educational consultant from Mansfield, Texas who has more than 27 years of experience in education. She spent most of her career in early childhood, teaching in prekindergarten through second grade. After many years in the classroom, Jennifer continued to impact education by supporting and growing educators while being a district coach and instructional specialist. Jennifer loves to challenge educators to think outside of the box and provide learners with engaging research-based instruction. Jennifer also conducts Professional Learning Tours at Jandrucko Academy for Early Learners where she gets to share the district’s vison of experience based learning with educators across the country.

Vera Ahiyya was raised in El Paso, Texas with her wonderful mother and amazing grandparents. Vera has taught Kindergarten and first grade for the last 18 years. Her online presence is dedicated to collaborating with other educators by spreading her vast knowledge and love of inclusive children’s books. She is the author of Rebellious Read Alouds, a professional development book for educators. She is also the author of You Have a Voice the KINDergarten series, and the Getting Ready series.
