CONFERENCE GUIDE LEAD ON

LAS VEGAS Growth. It’s never easy. In fact, it’s a choice. We can choose to remain where we are, or look toward continually making ourselves better. A reminder that I’ve always told myself is: how dare I walk into a school every day and ask my students to learn, if I am not also growing myself each day as well. I am so honored that you have chosen to continue your growth with us here at Lead On for the Get Your Teach On Conference. I have worked with my leadership team to help develop a truly one-of-a-kind experience for you. Learning that is hands-on, has immediate takeaways, and grows the whole leader. We are bringing in experts from around the country who couldn’t be more excited to pour into you and grow alongside you. Leadership isn’t easy. Everyone has an opinion about the decisions you make, though few know just how hard we deliberate before each of those decisions. Just how much sleep we lose each night over our students and our team, how much of ourselves we give to this job every day. It is our hope that Lead On reminds you of just how amazing you are, and how much you are needed and valued. All while growing you even more and pushing you outside of your comfort zone. Because we all know we aren’t truly learning until we’re a little bit uncomfortable. Thank you again for being here. I can't wait to meet you face-to-face and let you know how appreciated you are! You are exactly where you’re meant to be for a reason! With excitement,

Todd Nesloney
