On behalf of the Germanna Educational Foundation board, thank you for your continued generous support and dedication to our community and its future leaders. Germanna graduates stay in the region and your investment in the College and our students is a testament to your belief in our community’s future. In addition to the opportunities afforded through grants and scholarships, there are numerous programs that are available to help students and families in need because of your unwavering commitment. With your support, Germanna will continue to play an integral role in helping shape our community’s future and the opportunities that come with it. The foundation of our future success rests on our shoulders, and we thank each and every one of you for your current and future support. Thank you for being a part of Germanna’s family and a special thank you to all Germanna’s amazing faculty and staff for being teachers and mentors to those who need it most. ~ Todd Gillingham, President, Germanna Educational Foundation Board After serving on the Germanna Educational Foundation board for many years and now as the President of the Germanna Real Estate Foundation, I have witnessed first-hand the great opportunities Germanna has provided to our students. Thanks to the key role that the Real Estate Foundation has played, I am happy that Germanna is embarking on the most impactful expansion in our college history. The Real Estate Foundation purchased two buildings in North Stafford County which will be known as the Kevin L. Dillard Health Sciences Building and the Barbara J. Fried Center. Community partners, such as Mary Washington Hospital Foundation, the Stafford Hospital Foundation, the Stafford Economic Development Authority, Stafford County, and our generous donors, are making this dream come true for Germanna students. ~ Jack Rowley, President, Germanna Real Estate Foundation Board

On behalf of the Germanna Educational Foundation, I want to thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to our future citizens and leaders. The Foundation is incredibly fortunate to be in such a generous community that believes in its students and wants them to succeed. I am excited about Germanna’s next expansion, as two new buildings will be introduced in North Stafford County, owned by the Foundation, for use by the College. Totaling 74,000 square feet, the buildings will have two primary and a few other ancillary purposes. With the vast nursing shortage facing the region, one building will be dedicated to Germanna’s Nursing and Allied Health Science programs, helping the College double its number of graduates. This is truly an incredible opportunity for the College to positively impact our communities. The building will be known as the Kevin L. Dillard Health Sciences Building, honoring his commitment to healthcare in our community and to the mission of Germanna. It will also house one of two Robert C. O’Neill Wellness Clinics for community residents to use, thanks to a gift from Mary Jane Pitts O’Neill honoring her husband. The second building, the Barbara J. Fried Center, will be primarily dedicated to a major Germanna expansion of its Cybersecurity and I.T. program. This new location of the Fried Center is optimal with its proximity to Quantico, the FBI Academy, and government contractors needing interns, apprentices, and a robust workforce. These opportunities are possible through the generosity of Rhonda and Adam Fried, longtime supporters of Germanna, and honors Adam’s trailblazing mother. Thanks to Kevin and Mary Jane, as well as Teri McNally with The Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region, for contributing to this venture and making this expansion possible. Additional thanks go to the Stafford Economic Development Authority for years of financial help in bringing a huge Germanna presence to Stafford County and to Mary Washington Healthcare for their enormous support. Last, I want to thank you. With your support, Germanna can continue its extraordinary growth. Thank you for being a part of the Germanna family. I look forward to seeing where Germanna is headed next on our community journey and know that you do as well.
