A born and raised Alaskan, Susie Jenkins-Brito is a passionate home cook, avid adventurer, and RN who lives and works in rural small-town Alaska. Dillingham, the Western hub of Bristol Bay, is her home where she and her family practice a subsistence lifestyle and rely on the commercial salmon industry to make their livelihoods. In their tiny house (about 550 sq. foot!) she along with her husband, Bronson, are raising their two young daughters and nephew to live life slow, appreciate good food, and to use their hands to increase and share their blessings.
