There’s water access in two areas and a wash-out station already connected to the on-site septic system makes washing out your RV quick and convenient. And when you get through with that task, the rockers on the covered porch will welcome your visit to catch your breath. An attached 1,500± square foot covered shed with full electricity provides storage for additional vehicles or even a second RV. Inside, beneath the second level storage area, a spacious, one-bedroom studio apartment complete with full bath, tankless water heater and kitchenette affords all the comforts of home.
