ulldog fans can follow their favorite team throughout the 2012 season on the Georgia Bulldog Radio Network from IMG Sports, which will feature one of the nation’s best-known flagship stations, an affiliate list that ranks among the country’s largest, and production supplied by the premier college sports marketing and radio production company in America. IMG provides radio network production for more than 30 major college athletic programs in the SEC and other prominent conferences. Day-to-day management of the network will be overseen by the company’s “Georgia Sports Properties” staff in Athens, which also handles the sales and marketing of Bulldog sports. Play-by-play man Scott Howard returns for his 19th season covering Bulldog football and basketball, while former UGA record-setting quarterback Eric Zeier is back to provide his insightful analysis. Loran Smith and Neil “Hondo” Williamson return as co-hosts of the popular pre-game "Tailgate Show," while veteran Atlanta sportscasters Chuck Dowdle and Tony Schiavone will also contribute post-game interviews to the broadcast, including the Locker Room Show with head coach Mark Richt. Charles Youngs, Operations Director for Cox Radio Atlanta, will serve as the network's game-day engineer. The network flagship is Atlanta’s News/Talk 750 WSB and 95.5 FM. All games will also be available via the Internet at www.georgiadogs.com on a subscription basis. Additionally, every SEC football game will be carried live on XM Radio as part of a broadcast & marketing agreement between the SEC and the satellite radio provider.

Howard has served as the Georgia basketball team's primary play-by-play reporter since the 1997 season. A 1984 UGA graduate, he also announced Georgia baseball games from 1990-96.
