Christian Robinson
Dan Inman, a native of Hope Mills, N.C., was named a graduate assistant on offense for the coaching staff following the 2012 spring practice. This is Inman’s second stop in Athens after suiting up for the Bulldogs on the offensive line from 2003-06. The 6-7, 319-pound tackle started 48 games and played in 52 during his career. He was named a Freshman All-American in 2003 before earning All-SEC honors as a junior and senior. Inman also was a recipient of the program’s Iron Dawg Award and was named the SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week five times in his career. Will Friend, who is Georgia’s offensive line coach, was a graduate assistant for the Bulldogs during Inman’s playing career. In 2008, Inman coached with his father, Wayne Inman, at Terry Sanford High School in North Carolina. Inman worked with the offensive line and tight ends, including 2012 NFL Third Round draft pick Dwayne Allen. Wayne Inman played under Pat Dye at East Carolina and was later inducted into the school’s athletic Hall of Fame. Following his time at Terry Sanford, Inman then was a graduate assistant who worked with the offense at the University of North Carolina for the 2009 season. At South View, Inman was All-State in football and an All-Conference wrestler. He played in both the Shrine Bowl for the Carolinas and the East-West All-Star game. Inman graduated with a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Georgia in 2007. He returned to school at UNC-Pembroke and earned his Master’s degree in Education in 2012. Dan is married to the former Erin Donovan.
Christian Robinson, a native of Lawrenceville, Ga., and graduate of Greater Atlanta Christian, was named a graduate assistant for the defense in 2013 following a standout career as a Bulldog linebacker. After redshirting during the 2008 season and being named to the SEC Freshman Academic Honor Roll, Robinson played in 51 games from 2009-2012, starting 17 of those. The 6-2, 235-pound linebacker tallied 159 tackles over that span, including 4.5 sacks and 22.5 tackles for loss. Robinson, who twice posted 13-tackle performances, was named a team captain three times during his career. The Bulldogs compiled a 46-21 record during Robinson’s time in Athens. He helped lead the Bulldogs to five bowl games as Georgia finished with three top-20 rankings during those years, including a No. 5 ranking in 2013. That year, Robinson directed a defense that held six opponents to 14 points or less. Robinson was a First Team All-State selection following his senior season at Greater Atlanta Christian. He had 64 tackles, caught 48 passes for 876 yards and 13 touchdowns, and rushed for 83 yards during his final campaign. Robinson graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Sport Management in December, 2012.

Taylor Payne, ATC
Aimee Gilbert joined the Athletic Training staff in June 2012 as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for football. Brown graduated from the University of Alabama in May 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and a minor in Food and Nutrition. She will be pursuing a master's degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Athletic Training while here at the University of Georgia. She is originally from Pinson, Alabama.
Taylor Payne joined the Athletic Training staff in June 2012 as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for football. Payne graduated from the University of Alabama in May 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. Payne will be pursuing a master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Athletic Training while here at the University of Georgia. He is originally from Gadsen, Alabama.
Doug Saylor, a native of Newnan, Ga., and graduate of East Coweta HS, was named a graduate assistant for the offense in 2013 after serving a year as an offensive program coordinator. Saylor has been associated with the program since joining the staff as a student assistant in November 2007 working with the offense (mainly receivers) and special teams. He continued his work with the offense over the next four years, serving primarily as the signal caller to the QBs during games. A qualifier for the 2011 Georgia Amateur Golf Championship, Saylor lettered in football, basketball, baseball and golf for the Indians in high school. He started at quarterback as a senior under current Reinhardt College head coach and mentor Danny Cronic. Saylor also helped East Coweta finish second at the GHSA 5A state golf tournament in 2007. Son of Darrell and Kathy, Saylor graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Sport Management in December, 2011.

Mike Macdonald, a native of Roswell, Ga., and graduate of Centennial High School, was named a graduate assistant on defense for the University of Georgia’s coaching staff following the 2011 spring practice. Macdonald originally joined the Bulldogs as a student assistant in May of 2010. He helped coach and coordinate the offensive scout team throughout the 2010 season and also worked with outside linebackers. Macdonald’s role shifted to working with inside linebackers begining with the 2011 spring practice. While attending Georgia, Macdonald worked for two years for one of his former high school coaches at Centennial, Xarvia Smith, at Cedar Shoals High School in Athens. Macdonald coached linebackers and running backs for Cedar Shoals and was awarded the staff’s Coach of the Year award following his first season with the Jaguars. Before arriving at UGA, Macdonald played football and baseball at Centennial and graduated in 2006. Macdonald graduated summa cum laude from Georgia with a degree in Finance from the Terry College of Business with honors in May, 2010.
