Coach & Player Interviews Throughout the fall semester (soccer season), the Bulldogs will train in the afternoon at the Turner Soccer Complex on South Milledge Avenue. All practices are open to the media unless otherwise specified. Interviews will generally be conducted following practice. However, other arrangements can be made by contacting UGA Sports Communications. Media desiring to conduct interviews over the phone should make arrangements through the Sports Communications office as well. These will be conducted according to Coach Holeman’s and the players’ availability, usually following practice. Photography / Video Only accredited photographers and videographers have permission to shoot on the sidelines. All photographers wishing to shoot at practice or at games must check in with UGA Sports Communications before going onto the field. To shoot practice, please call or email Kate Burkholder. On game days, photographers must either call, email or check in with UGA Sports Communications in the press box before they will be allowed onto the field to receive instructions. Gameday Media Services All media personnel and photographers are invited to work in the press box located atop the stadium grandstands (credentials are not required). The press box is equipped with wireless and hard-wired high-speed internet connections as well as two telephone lines, all of which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A pre-game meal is served beginning approximately one hour before kickoff and will be provided to all working media members. First-half and final box scores, media guides, updated game notes and statistics for both Georgia and its visiting opponents will be available in the press box. Following each game, a recap will be emailed to the media and posted on www.georgiadogs.com, the official website of Georgia Athletics. The website will also be furnished with a box score and updated statistics. If you would like to be included on the direct email list, please contact Kate Burkholder. Post-Game Interviews Media in the press box area will be surveyed with approximately two minutes left in the game to determine which players and coaches are requested for post-game interviews. All interviews will be conducted on the field (with the exception of television and radio interviews) and will be arranged by UGA Sports Communications.
