Opening Residency: Evidence-based Leadership
Begin thinking more deeply and systematically about your perspectives on leadership and the arenas in which you plan to demonstrate leadership.
Closing Residency: Bringing It Home
This residency places significant emphasis on the understanding and application of selected Jesuit disciplines such as contemplative action and daily examination. Before attending the closing residency, you will have created a personal leadership action plan, which will help you prepare for discussions about future growth and success as a leader.
Global Residency: Leading in an International Context
A signature Georgetown McDonough experience, the global residency is guided by the pedagogical premise that international leadership cannot be learned in theory, in the classroom, or solely with feet planted firmly in the United States (or any other home country). During this residency, you will implement concepts learned in the classroom to a consulting project in an international setting partnering with government, NGO, school, and private sector organizations to solve real leadership problems.
