Introduction

• We are delighted to share our proposal to support and develop your RWE Apprenticeship Programme . Following our discussion and the information you provided regarding your apprentices, we have mapped out a development journey that we feel would best suit your apprentices throughout their journey..

• This would commence in July 2023 when they join and we have suggested content that we feel is most relevant at each stage of the apprentices development in the first year of their programme. This content will also still be very relevant for your existing apprentices.

• Our Masterclasses will be delivered online and will be 90-120 mins in duration via Zoom

• Our Masterclasses will be delivered by our wellbeing and performance experts. We have shared their details in this proposal.

Alex is a leading expert in Digital Wellbeing having conducted Academic research at Aberdeen University with a research focus on the impact that digital technology is having on wellbeing. She has used her expertise to create Live More Offline and a series of programmes to help people create a healthy relationship with digital technology in the workplace
