Desig�ed by Michael Gomes Associates , Alila is one of the many lux�rious villas on the island of Barbados. It feat�res a vast amount of architect�ral Mill work to give you a five star Caribbean villa feel. The building was const��cted by Genesis Const��ction and outfitted by our sister company Total Woodwork who provided all the impeccably finished woodwork.
The Villa feat�res 4 sizable bedrooms, outfitted with all the moder� necessities and aesthetics, a 54ſt. pool, interactive water feat�res throughout the proper��, a large accommodating gazebo where family and friends can be enter�ained and a large moder� kitchen .
Olivewood
Desig�ed by Michael Gomes Associates , Olivewood is a st�nning villa located on the Sandy Lane Estate overlooking the Sandy Lane Golf Course and the Caribbean Sea. The villa feat�res four bedrooms, all air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, a lovely gazebo overlooking the pict�resque pool which is accompanied by a lux�rious jacuzzi. The villa was const��cted by Genesis Const��ction and outfitted with all architect�ral Mill work provided by Total Woodwork.
The Villa feat�res a for�al dining room with coral stonewalls and an ex�ansive coral stone dining table which seats up to t�elve g�ests.
Wimoweh & Coconut Shell
Wimoweh and Coconut shell is located on the West Coast and is st�ategically positioned in front of one of Barbados’ white sandy beaches. This proper�� was a renovation that took place under one of Barbados’ top architect�ral fir�s , Gillespie & Steel Associates Ltd. This proper�� ser�es t�o buildings ,the main house ,“ Wimoweh” and the attached cottage ,“ Coconut Shell”. It Feat�res a sizable pool, several water feat�res, and is outfitted with 3 bedrooms to the main house and a 1 bedroom cottage. The renovation was conducted by Genesis Const��ction and select pieces supplied by Total Woodwork.
West Haven
Desig�ed by Michael Gomes Associates , it feat�res 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom at West haven have outdoor patios, air-conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom suite, number 4, is located on the g�ound floor while the other three bedroom suites are on the first floor. The master and bedroom number 2 suite share a balcony overlooking the outstanding prestine view of Gibbs Bay. The proper�� feat�res a sizable pool and refreshing lush vegetation. This villa was const��cted by Genesis Const��ction and outfitted with nice Architect�ral timber pieces by Total Woodwork.
Royal Westmorland
Sugar Cane Ridge is a well-appointed, moder� Caribbean villa, nestled in the exclusive Royal West�oreland Golf Resor� in Barbados. This t�i-level holiday home feat�res 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. The Master bedroom and Second bedroom both open on to the pool deck which is located on the lower level of the villa allowing access to the private plunge pool with views to Royal West�oreland's spectacular golf course and the Caribbean Sea beyond as the backg�ound. Genesis Const��ction over the years have been privileged to build several proper�ies through out the Royal West�orland communit�.

JOEL OTHNEIL GITTENS is the Managing Director of Genesis Const��ction, Genesis Holdings, Genesis Equipment and Total Woodwork Inc. (The Genesis Group)
Joel star�ed as a young charismatic apprentice car�enter and worked his way up the ranks lear�ing ever� aspect of car�ent�� and woodwork. With his vast ex�erience in car�ent�� and joiner� he then established the company called Woodshapers Inc. In a quest to f�r�her enhance his knowledge and professionalism in the areas of woodwork and const��ction, Joel joined Rotherley Const��ction Inc where he was afforded the oppor��nit� to build high-end homes on the West Coast and sur�ounding areas of Barbados. Aſter t�o years, and still with a year�ing to perfect the ar� of const��ction and being adamant that there was more to lear�, Joel joined another rising const��ction team called JADA Const��ction Ltd where he worked as a Foreman and f�r�her developed his reper�oire in const��ction until the time was ripe to vent�re out on his own.
CHARLES ANTHONY STOUTE (TONY) is the Director of Genesis Const��ction, Genesis Holdings, Genesis Equipment and Total Woodwork Inc. (The Genesis Group)
Tony is principally responsible for all site super�ision and qualit� assurance and finishing. He holds the HND in Building and Const��ction Technolog� and brings a wealth of ex�erience and ex�er�ise to the fore emerging with t�ent� (20) years working at Bjerkhamn Associates managing various project and the overall responsibilit� for qualit� cont�ol. Tony star�ed Stouts Const��ction with a view to leisurely const��cting homes but when a friend, whom he knew while at Bjerkhamn Associates Ltd, desig�ed a project for a site in Sandy Lane, and offered him the oppor��nit� to breathe life into it, Tony engaged the ser�ices of Joel and consequently the dy�amic duo was for�ed. This project was an added bonus and paved the way for an ongoing business par��ership and friendship. This collaboration enabled Joel and Tony to connect with some of the most talented Architect�ral minds on the island thus affording them the oppor��nit� to bring to life an ar�ay of undoubtedly the most moder� and contemporar� building desig�s in const��ction and ig�ited the concept�alization and creation of the Genesis Group.
