For us it’s not about numbers, it’s about having a compelling story to tell, based on our transformation and diversity successes. It’s about making a difference where we can, and driving change in our industry. It’s about celebrating the contribution of our female staff to our business – over half of our staff are females, and most of them are under the age of 35. It’s about the fact that 93% of our female candidates qualified as CAs last year – giving these young people opportunities, and developing future leaders of our firm, and business leaders of our country. It’s about fostering an environment where every one of our people has an opportunity to succeed and reach their potential.
