Antibacterial Material: Kerock by Kolpa

The architectural solution is to adjust the existing bridge with the addition of a new steel construction, cantilevered on either side of the existing structure. The design was influenced by hi-tech architecture, with the use of enamelled insulated panels. The smooth edges create a perfect, clean environment, which with the antibacterial material Kerrock reduces the spread of infection. The aim is to reduce stress

by producing a continuity of sinuous form. Furthermore, increasing the hygiene of the space reconnects the design to the symbolism of a clear mind. The environmental sensations have been divided into three, using thresholds, like airlocks, to emphasize the different functions of the priming steps.
