The competition entry is to design a car park tower with 1500 car parking lots. Traditional carparks are dark and unwelcomed, by inserting human activities into the carpark tower we aimed to change the traditional image of car park. We also criticized on the competition brief whether there is a need of 1500 car parking lots. By the increasing popularity of public transport, the need of car parking lots in Hong Kong is decresing. We thus proposing a tight linkage between car and human. When time swaps, car parking lots can be changed into any pop-up activities.
