JENS FAGER

Everything is and will be different. The core of our philosophy is to treat every product honestly; to find its central function and reduce the product to its essence. We work with engineers, fabricators, specialists, and manufacturers to create functional and beautiful objects efficiently and sustainably. We strive to imbue every object with a sense of humour, surrealism and poetry.

Our field of work circles around everyday life, the essential needs and daily experiences. By challenging the producer and production in the industry, we endeavor to create something better for the future.

JOHANNES LINDNER

Johannes Lindner is a German design studio whose work revolves around the search for clear ideas and strict aesthetics with a unique and strong identity. The aim is to create products that are both physically and visually durable — an approach to modern simplicity with a clear visual expression.

Rooted in an architectural mindset, the working process is based on functional needs and basic human behaviour, with the aim of achieving a responsible and useful impact on our environment. The results are restrained, challenging and logical and reduced to their essence, minimal and simple, yet significant with a quiet strength — subtle yet distinctive.

KASPER FRIIS EGELUND

Kasper Friis Egelund lives in Copenhagen. Despite a young age, Kasper has already done projects for international and Danish companies.

Kasper Friis Egelund about design:

”I see design as a main factor in our daily lives, as something which has a huge impact on our well being. Which is why it in my opinion is extremely important as a designer to have in mind what a design does to its environment and user. With this as my background for my design process, I try to balance a more pragmatic and investigating approach, combined with a fact based starting point to develop design which creates higher value. With main inspiration from architecture, graphic design & art, I try to create an original design with a Scandinavian expression but still being graphic and minimalistic”

MICHAEL REM

Michael says: “Being a designer means absorbing all of the daily influences that life offers endlessly, and consciously experiencing it. All the sounds, colours, forms and events are mixed together in the subconscious with your personality and emotions, so that all of this can be combined to form something new: A new idea which is extracted from the absorbed old and comes back to the surface of the conscious as images of new products. This is what I term the new simple.”

NOERGAARD & KECHAYAS

Martin Kechayas and Christian Nørgaard are both graduates from The Danish School of Design. They founded Noergaard-Kechayas in 2009, working within the fields of industrial, furniture and lighting design. They aim to design products with a strong visual appeal and innovative technical solutions.

His products are designed to be used, add value, and become a natural part of everyday life.

Despite diverging paths in the design world after graduation, their connection remained strong through shared projects, also from a distance.

While Kasper delved into furniture and product design, Thalea specialized in spatial design for hospitality and residential spaces. This diversity in expertise became instrumental in the evolution of their ‘Fold Family,’ as they approached it from multifaceted angles, blending their respective skills.

YONOH CREATIVE STUDIO

Yonoh’s work has distinguished itself, over the years, by the progressive improvement of its personal voice. They have rarely flirted excessively with an aesthetic trend. Over time, Yonoh has made its way with fine and elegant work, resolved flawlessly. And they have achieved this by working for companies from other circuits that are less interested in spreading and more interested in contributing, achieving a perfect balance between their own voice and the style of the firm.

Many are from the Mediterranean area. Others from more northern latitudes. And it is not surprising, because the main features that, in general, could be assigned to their style, have a lot of contemporary Scandinavian character: elegance, warmth, harmony, functionality and a refined design. But, at the same time, it’s a style with an important amount of Mediterranean codes, due to its meticulous details, color and ingenuity. A very Yonoh fusion.
