How to Get the "Best Results" when trying to bake that perfect cookie! • Pre-heat oven for at least 10 minutes. Follow all package directions. • Do not grease your baking sheet. This will cause cookies to spread too much and flatten while baking. • Do not pat down or flatten dough prior to baking. Bake cookies on the oven's center rack. • Bake one sheet of cookies at a time. • Bake cookies on rimless shiny aluminum baking sheets. This allows heat to circulate evenly and brown cookie tops. Cookies will also slide easily onto cooling racks. • The darker the baking sheet, the darker the bottom of the cookie will be. Always check cookies at the minimum baking time. • Allow cookies to cool one minute on baking sheet and then transfer to a cooling rack to complete cooling.
