Mike’s shop is where Danny kept “the liner” when he brought it to “Cali” from his home in Colorado. It stayed in Mike’s shop for all the prep work by the crew for the run at the record.
Our good friend and awesome photographer( you have seen his work in other issues) Craig Wise got invited to a little get together at Mike Chrisman Racing on September 5th. The shop has always got some cool stuff going and Craig asked if it would be ok to shoot a few pic’s. Craig did just that and more than a few.!

Craig went with is long time friend, Dave Hadley. Dave is the guy who made all of the billet wheels(8) for Danny Thompson’s Challenger 2 Land Speed car, which set a new record this year at Bonneville! Dave is also the guy who built the “Hadley Box” transmissions for the Challenger 2 also.
