designo offers a true a feast for the senses. Once your eyes have taken in the many metallic paint finishes and the leather combinations, savour the scent of the fine leather and the touch of the silk matt sealed wood surfaces. But it’s not just the quality and workmanship that make designo so unique, it’s also the almost infinite range of combinations. They allow you to give your Mercedes-Benz a signature all its own – just as if you were furnishing your own home. Not surprising, therefore, that “at home” is exactly how you’ll feel.

The seats and door centre panels can be trimmed in single-tone or two-tone leather in a choice of nine shades. The six-rib upholstery fluting, with elaborately stitched double lap seams, is exclusive to designo. designo leather upholstery also includes a black roof liner and a gearshift lever in black designo leather. Extended-specification designo leather also features black designo leather on the upper part of the instrument panel, below the windows on the doors and on the centre console armrest. For the wood trim you have a choice of designo umber maple grain, designo brown poplar or designo red brown cinnamora. As a special extra the roof liner can be finished in designo Alcantara.

Colours and materials

But to make matters a little easier, we have also put together two ready-compiled designo equipment packages for the Saloon. designo Edition I includes single-tone designo leather in sand for the seats and door centre panels and coordinating trim in designo brown poplar. With designo Edition II the seats and door centre panelsaretrimmedinsingle-tonedesigno corteccia leather and the trim parts are in designo matt red brown cinnamora.

Both designo editions are rounded off with a roof liner in finest anthracite-coloured Alcantara.
