iGo LOGIN/USER INSTRUCTIONS 1. Visit the producer website found at inside.gbu.org/for-producers 2. Select “Producer Login”
3. If working on a new business application, select “iGo”
4. After selecting "iGo," a sign-in box appears; input the username "AGT[agent number]" Example: AGT7777100 (do not include spaces) If this is your first time using GBU's iPipeline system, select “Forgot Password?” You can also select "Forgot Password?" if you've misplaced your password

iGo LOGIN/USER INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED 5. Once you've selected "Forgot Password?" a new web page will open; enter your username and press Submit A web page will then populate confirming the request has been submitted
6. A password reset email will be sent from noreply@gbu.org to your email address on file with GBU You will have 30 minutes to reset the password using the link located in the password reset email; if not found in your Inbox, check the Spam or Junk folder
7. Click on "Link to reset credentials"; a web browser will open asking for a new password Enter a new password and press submit; once completed, a confirmation box will appear stating that "Your account has been updated"

iGo LOGIN/USER INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED 8. Repeat steps 1 through 4 to log in; once successfully in, you will see the iGo landing page.
9. Click "Start New Case" to illustrate and/or prepare an application for submission to GBU; click "View My Cases" to see any case you have illustrated, started or submitted As you are entering information, any field that is yellow is required If you are not ready to complete the application in its entirety or lose internet connection, you will be able to locate the partial application in “View My Cases”
