GIVE BACK GROUPS What is a Give Back Group? When you identify a way to help out in your community and find likeminded people to help in the effort, you form a Give Back Group. Your group then submits an application for your project and selects one of the three ways listed below that GBU Life will support. All we ask in return is to hear about your success through photos and an end result!
How to Help GBU Matching Donations- GBU will match up to $1,000 per GBU member in your group (max $5,000 per group). You can do your fundraising any way you like: in person, through a mail campaign or even via Facebook. The funds matching must be for a qualifying 501-c(3) organization. Project Start-Up Funds- GBU will reimburse you for expenses for your project up to $250 per member in your group ($1,000 max). Reimbursable expenses include supplies needed for your community project or costs associated with fundraising events. Plus, we’ll help you spread the word about your project! Marketing Resources- GBU Life will partner with your Give Back Group to advertise your fundraiser on social media, and will create invitations to mail and email out to GBU Life members in your local community.
