4.A sign in box appears; input the username "AGT(agent number)". This is the same username and password as the iGO login. If you have forgotten your password, you can select "Forgot Password?" and follow the prompts
5 After you are logged in, the landing page for DocFast will appear The “Alerts” area included policies that need attention The “General Policies” area includes policies that are waiting to be issued or have already been delivered
6.When a contract is ready to be delivered and is in the “Alerts” section, select the “Action” button. A drop down box will appear with several options for delivery. The most used will be “ e Sign and e Deliver to the Consumer” or “Print and Hand Deliver”
If the e Sign option is selected, a box will appear for the agent to e sign or review the contract prior to the member receiving any notification. The owner's email provided during the application is where the notification will be delivered to the member.
7.Click “ e Sign…” then select Yes, I agree to the electronic consent.
8.Follow the yellow boxes for an acknowledgement of review or signature. If there are any delivery requirements or amendments, the agent and member will need to click the yellow box to sign.
11.If the member did not receive the email, click “Action” and select “Resend."
12 Once all parties have signed, the status will change to “Delivery Requirements Received "
13.If the agent or member would like a paper copy of the application, click the icon to open a PDF of the contract to print for your records.
14 If print and hand deliver is selected, a PDF will be available to print The agent does not need to print the electronic consent and cannot initiate e delivery after already selecting print and hand deliver
A FEW TIPS
1 An admin of an agent cannot have their own login for delivery of contracts The agent may change their email; however it will change for all communications

a The policy number will not populate on any delivery receipts and will need to be written on the document
b The agent's email address will receive reminder e mails until all policy delivery requirements have been returned to newbusiness@gbu.org The requirement will not be updated in DocFast but will update in the Agent’s “Pending Requirements” section of the Producer Portal
