The family is a fifth-generation agave grower with prime farmland in the highlands of Magdalena, Jalisco that features the Blue Weber Agave that Tequila Fiero is made of. Each agave is harvested to its maturity and then handpicked at its peak by jimadores. The agave is then slowly roasted in ovens at a low temperature for 3 days. After being fermented, the process of distillation occurs. During this process, the Master Distiller removes the first and last batches of the distillate. After being fermented and distilled, white tequila is infused with real peppers for three days, to then filter out all pepper residues and deliver a clear pristine, yet spicy tequila.

Naturally infused with fresh, vine-ripened (never dried or roasted) peppers from farmer’s markets in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, Fiero Tequila.
