THE HORIZON Hirsch’s newest offering, The Horizon, honors our forward-looking nature: steadfast, determined, moving onward at a brisk pace, forever in search of the next adventure. The Horizon isn’t an end result, a destination on a map; it’s something we spend our lives in search of.

The Horizon combines two straight bourbons distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Each bottle features a grid on the back label with exact batch specifications. 94% of the blend is distilled from a traditional mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley aged a minimum of 4 years. The remaining 6% is distilled from a “high rye” mash aged nearly 6 years for added complexity. The Horizon is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks. 46% ABV

SINGLE BARREL HIRSCH Selected Whiskey is releasing a Single Barrel, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Limited to only 57 Barrels, resting in Bardstown, Kentucky. Available in the Fall of 2021. HIRSCH The Single Barrel is aged for 6-Years. Mashbill: 72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley. Barrel entry. New American Oak Barrels. Char #3. Non-chill filtered 62.5% ABV
